Jaci Lederman serves as Vincennes University's Executive Director and Chief Information Officer. Throughout her career, Jaci Lederman has consistently driven successful transformation by fostering collaboration, building trust, and aligning technology with institutional goals. In her current role as Executive Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, she prioritizes strengthening partnerships between the IT department and university stakeholders, creating a culture that supports modernization and digital transformation to enhance student success.

With over 30 years of experience leading change across academic institutions and both private and publicly traded companies, Jaci has earned peer recognition awards for her impact in each sector. Before her appointment as CIO in 2023, she served as the University’s Director of Enterprise Applications. Prior to that, she attained the rank of full tenured professor and led the Information Technology department as chair for over five years, demonstrating a commitment to innovation, leadership, and academic excellence. In 2019 Jaci was awarded the EC-Council Academia Circle of Excellence Award in Cybersecurity Education.

Jaci holds certifications in cybersecurity, project management, disaster recovery, and IT service management, along with degrees in IT management, management, and computer programming. 

In 2024, Jaci Lederman founded the inaugural 澳门足球博彩官方网址 Women IN Tech Symposium and Showcase, aligning with the statewide celebration of Women IN Tech Week in Indiana. Committed to community service, she has been a dedicated volunteer for United Way’s Day of Caring for over two decades. Her passion for philanthropy extends to supporting nonprofit organizations and mission work, inspiring others to find fulfillment in paying it forward or giving back,  demonstrating all acts of kindness no matter the size can make a difference! Most recently, she led a dynamic youth-driven initiative that inspired children to make a tangible impact in their community. Through hands-on involvement, they collected and donated over 1,000 snack items to support families at the local Ronald McDonald House. Beyond her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Jaci co-leads a women’s ministry group where she regularly speaks on a range of topics, including personal resilience and overcoming challenges such as battling Shingles and avoiding the pitfalls of comparison.

Jaci was recently selected as a member of the 20th cohort of Tobias Fellows by The Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence at Indiana University.
